Vibhor Ratna has an immense experience of over 2 decades and has the flair & expertise in every department right from production to creative to editing.

He brings a rich, multi-genre experience spanning children’s programming, quiz formats, fashion and Bollywood specials, dance, acting and singing reality shows, documentaries, fiction, chat shows, and magazine formats. As a Director and Creator, his body of work includes marquee properties such as Dance Plus, Super Dancer, Dance India Dance, Saregamapa, India’s Best Dancer, Dil Hai Hindustani, Hunt for the Kingfisher Calendar Girl, Ravivaar with Star Parivaar, Smart Jodi, and Star Parivaar Awards, among others.

He is a man with a creative mind, known for building brands, not just shows. He is a visionary with a rare ability to turn ideas into on-screen magic. Driven by experimentation and powered by exceptional craft, he seamlessly transforms concepts into compelling, high-impact executions.

Ankur Seth brings over two decades of extensive production experience, with an exceptional understanding of what it takes to deliver, how to make it happen and when it matters most.

He has worked extensively across genres—spanning kids’ programming, quiz shows, fashion, Bollywood, dance, acting and singing formats, documentaries, fiction, chat and magazine shows. As Project Head, he has led marquee properties such as Koffee with Karan, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, Dance India Dance, MTV Unplugged, Ravivaar with Star Parivaar, and Star Parivaar Awards, Indian Idol, Masterchef among many others—bringing deep expertise in production and management. He has also served as Project Head on fiction shows including Thapki Pyaar Ki for Colours, Kahan Hum Kahan Tum & Mehndi Hai Rachne Waali for Star Plus and many other regional shows.

A strategic thinker and natural leader, he ensures the smooth functioning of the organization—overseeing operations, budgeting, analytics, and client relations. Focused on keeping the business in flow, he drives performance, productivity, and efficiency through smart strategies that strengthen both the company and its shows.
